Heather Mayer Irvine of Bethlehem is an RRCA-certified run coach and a running journalist. She is the former nutrition and training editor for Runner's World and the author of the Runner's World Vegetarian Cookbook. She's been running for more than two decades and hated it at first. Heather is an eight-time marathoner with a 3:23 best. She also holds a 19:40 5K PR (Bethlehem Running Festival), a 1:32 half PR, and a 5:33 mile PR.

Aimee takes a values based approach with her athletes to ensure that each individual is goal setting with intent. She finds importance in establishing a why behind the goal and connecting it back to the values held by each athlete to build drive in the daily grind. Aimee has a background in biological sciences with a passion for understanding run specific physiology. In addition to her background in sciences, she has competed at a high level through collegiate sports and as an elite trail runner. She is also a certified USATF Level 1 coach.
