Come celebrate summer and the Fourth of July with Vark and New Balance for a cookout run! Run 3-4 miles or walk 1-2 miles before hanging out with friends, playing games, and enjoying some cookout food! Dress in your red, white, and blue best for a chance to win a prize! All are welcome!

Join Aardvark, LVHN, and Superfeet for our final Community Walk and Run of the year! Superfeet will have inserts to demo on the walk and run!  Aardvark is excited to partner with LVHN to be part of their Run Ready series! Join us to learn about nutrition and running. Learn from a registered dietitian and ask questions before enjoying a warm-up and cool-down led by the Physical Therapy team at LVHN! Enjoy a pre- and post-run/walk snack!  Nutrition talk to start @ 6:00 pm with run/walk to follow!
