At Aardvark, we believe in the quality of the products we offer and our fit process. In the rare event you are not satisfied, please follow these guidelines for returns. 

Footwear

• In the case of footwear purchases, if you have any concerns about your purchase, please wear the shoes inside at home before using them outside. 
• Customers should initiate returns within 45 days of the purchase date. 
• Merchandise should be in resellable condition, along with original packaging and tags.
• Returns made within 45 days and meeting the eligibility requirements will be exchanged or refunded to the original form of payment. 
• If the original form of payment is not available, customers will be issued store credit.
