Natural, healthy human feet have toes that spread apart and don’t touch each other - we call them “Wild Toes”. The alignment of our toes greatly influences our foot function, balance and efficiency of movement. This alignment can be disrupted by modern footwear which leaves our toes cramped, stiff and deformed.
