VARK - Come run with Aardvark Sports Shop every Wednesday night at 6pm. The group meets right outside the shop and often has shoe or gear demo runs, guests or fun giveaways. You can keep an eye out for upcoming themed runs on the social channels, @aardvarksportsshop or Aardvark Sports Shop on Facebook.
LEHIGH VALLEY ROAD RUNNERS - Lehigh Valley Road Runners’ primary purpose is to develop and promote distance running and racing in the Greater Lehigh Valley area, to provide information and social activities, and to enhance training opportunities in a supportive atmosphere for all runners of all abilities.
GIRLS ON THE RUN - Girls on the Run inspires individuals of all abilities to recognize their unique strengths, while building a sense of connection in a team setting. Volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development to enable team members to adapt to whatever comes their way. At the end of the season, the team completes a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion.
FIRST STRIDES - A ten week program for women that takes place in the Spring and late summer/early fall. It is a beginner friendly walking and running program designed to gradually train you to complete a 5k (3.12 miles).
BREAKFAST CLUB RUNNERS - Need some folks to run with? Join the BCR! It's free. All levels are welcome. Regardless of age or ability! We Run. We Eat. We Laugh. Casual weekly group runs occuring throughout the Lehigh Valley.
WOMEN MOVE FOR HEALTH - Spring and Fall; in the spring HTCC also hosts the goal run for Hanover Township and Bethlehem Township’s “Women Move for Health” programs. This race is a perfect first time race, the course is clearly marked and has been well received by past participants. Classes are rain or shine because the program is held outdoors on our Municipal Tract, so dress for the elements! Classes usually runs 60-90 minutes in length.
HEALTH KIDS RUNNING SERIES - To engage communities and families by providing an inclusive youth running experience, inspiring kids to believe in themselves and lead an active healthy lifestyle.
THE RUNNING KIND - The Running Kind is an environmentally sustainable company dedicated to moving the sport of running to zero-carbon. We host carbon neutral trail running events and provide easy access to resources for runners to learn about the environmental impact they each have as individuals and as runners, whether they are competing on the amateur or professional level.
TRAIL SISTERS LEHIGH VALLEY - We are an all women’s trail running group dedicated to bringing more women into the sport of trail running in the Lehigh Valley area and surrounding suburbs of PA. This is a group for all women interested in trail running. We welcome newbie trail sisters as well as those who want to push some limits!
